Infinity AutoTech is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every machine and tooling is manufactured and tested in-house using CNC turning, VMC machining, and plasma cutting – no outsourcing. Our founders are mechanical engineers who personally oversee design, production, and quality checks before dispatch.
Can you customize blades for my existing machine?
Yes. We manufacture custom blade profiles for any brand or model of shredder machine. Share your machine make, model, blade dimensions, and material type – we will engineer blades to your exact specifications in D2, H13, alloy steel, or other suitable grades depending on your material and wear requirements.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Lead time varies depending on the product type, specifications, and order quantity. Standard toolings and blades typically ship faster than custom-configured machines. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide an accurate delivery timeline along with your quotation.
Do you offer warranty and after-sales support?
Yes. We provide full after-sales service including installation support, operator training, and ongoing technical assistance. Our team remains available post-delivery to ensure your equipment runs at optimal performance. Spare parts and replacement toolings are available directly from us.
